The Code of Conduct is grounded in the values of St Vincents & Mater Health Sydney which, coming from our Catholic Christian tradition, ought to characterise any health care institution. The Code of Conduct reflects our commitment to working together to promote an ethical, just and responsible work environment for all members of our community.

The Code of Conduct empowers us to carry out our roles and responsibilities in a way that promotes a better working environment for ourselves and for everyone with whom we come into contact at SV&MHS.
