St Vincent’s Private Hospital has on-site clinical services which support the diagnosis and treatment of patients’ surgical and medical procedures. These services include

• Radiology
• Radiation Oncology.

Charges and payments

Patients requiring the use of Allied Health Services will be charged separately and payment should be made directly to the specific service provider.

Medicare and health fund rebates

Patients may be entitled to claim part or all of the accounts from Medicare and/or their health fund. With regard to health fund rebates, services may be fully or partially covered; this will depend on individual health funds, level of cover and whether the patient is treated as an inpatient or outpatient. Patients should contact their health fund to check if any out-of-pocket expenses apply for these services.
